Warranty policy
MAIWE is committed to providing high-quality products and best-in-class customer service. All products come with factory warranty from 1 year to 5 years, effective from the date of delivery, in which MAIWE will repair or replace any defective product. Out-of-warranty products will be charged for parts and labor for repair.

Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
1. Out of warranty period.
2. Changing the hardware and software of the product without the MAIWE's authorization.
3. Defects resulting from usage of the product or accessories not in accordance with MAIWE user manual.
4. Defects resulting from any service, maintenance or repair executed by a third part other than MAIWE, service provider or third party authorized by MAIWE.
5. Defects resulting from natural disaster, including but not limited to lightning, flooding, earthquake, fire, etc.
6. Software products.
