The wireless communication system can realize a comprehensive system of uphole and downhole wireless communication, dispatching and personnel positioning management. The wireless communication system is based on the mature TD-LTE mobile communication technology, and it is a wireless communication system tailored to the characteristics of mining areas, underground wireless coverage requirements and safety production equipment requirements.
The system provides the coal mine with seamless coverage of wireless broadband communication on the ground and underground areas, and supports voice calls, PS data services, short messages, personnel positioning, handheld terminal positioning, dispatching communication, seamless roaming of public and enterprise networks, interconnection, and etc.

The system consists of two parts: surface and underground:
◆ Ground part:
The ground equipment of the system is mainly composed of maintenance station (including software), IP/PBX network voice switch, ground base station, switch, scheduling host, storage server, and etc.;
◆ Downhole part:
It is mainly composed of mine flameproof and intrinsically safe wireless base station controller, mine intrinsically safe wireless base station, mine intrinsically safe mobile phone, mining camera, flameproof and intrinsically safe uninterruptible power supply and other equipment.
