Structure:

 

The energy EMS system uses C/S and B/S structures, and the network architecture considers a four-layer network. One is the real-time collection network system (separate network) of the industrial Ethernet ring network, with a communication rate of 1000Mb, real-time collection of field data and equipment process status. The second is a real-time monitoring network, real-time status monitoring and operation control of field devices through redundant zone SCADA servers and operating stations. The third is the management information network, using real-time database and relational database resources, through the management platform to achieve reasonable energy allocation, prediction and analysis, statistical report printing and other functions. The fourth is the interface network with ERP and MES, through the intermediate server or firewall to achieve data exchange with ERP, MES.

The EMS system network is mainly divided into three parts. The bottom layer is the energy ring network composed of MAIWE industrial switches, the upper layer is the central network composed of layerthree switches, and the outside is the firewall for external system communication. In the usual industrial Ethernet structure, when the transmission medium is damaged or there is an unexpected shutdown of the switch, it will cause the interruption of information transmission. With the ring network technology, when a single point of failure occurs, it can be switched to a backup route, which greatly improves the reliability of the system. From the perspective of equipment cost, only one spare optical fiber needs to be added to the original system. From the perspective of system design and configuration, it is only necessary to enable the ring redundancy function of the industrial switch, which does not affect all normal switching functions. As far as the transmission medium is concerned, the gigabit industrial Ethernet ring network can use both optical fibers and twisted pairs for networking, which has great flexibility.
