MWE485-D can convert a 3 wires (RX,TX,GND) RS-232 serial port signal to a 2 wires semi duplex RS-485 signal or to a 4 wires full duplex RS-422 signal without external power supply. It needs a +5V DC power supply. The main function is to realize the bidirectional mutual conversion between RS-232 signal and RS-485 signal. The series products are powered by serial port stealing or external power supply, which has small size, long distance, stable performance and other characteristics. At the same time, the series of products are easy to install and meet the needs of industrial field serial port data conversion, and are widely used in intelligent power management, intelligent traffic bayonet, water conservancy monitoring, industrial automation and other systems.
The MWE485-A/B/C/D/E/F series interface converters can convert RS232 port to RS485/422 port. It can achieve bidirectional data conversion between serial ports, and the converter can automatically detect the baud rate of the serial port and be convenient to use, the data flow will not loss even if the baud rate of the device changes. It uses I/O circuit to automatically control the direction of data flow, without the handshake signal settings, ensuring compliance with existing communication software and interface hardware. It supports hot swapping and can operate stably even in temperature environments ranging from -40 ℃ to +85 ℃. It can be widely used in indoor and outdoor serial field-bus systems.
