Project Description:

This project consists of 1 Municipal Water Affairs Bureau Flood Control Information Center, 9 sub-central pumping stations, 6 ordinary pumping stations, and 1 sewage treatment station. Each pumping station and sewage treatment department mainly includes two major systems: video system and industrial control system.

The video system communicates with the flood control information center of the Municipal Water Affairs Bureau and the subordinate pump stations in the area through the 20M dedicated line optical fiber of telecommunications. The video data of each pumping station adopts a distributed storage method and is stored locally at each pumping station.

The industrial control system communicates with the Flood Control Information Center of the Municipal Water Affairs Bureau and the subordinate pump stations in the area through the 4M dedicated optical fiber of the telecommunication. Among them, the SCADA data of the sub-center is transmitted to the Flood Control Information Center of the Water Affairs Bureau through the 4M industrial control network for collection and storage.

MAIWE Solution for Changqing Phase II Water Pumping Station (Sub-center):

Changqing Phase II Water Pumping Station (Sub-center) includes Changqing Phase I Water Pumping Station and Duoluokou Water Pumping Station. Changqing Phase II water pumping station has built-in MISCOM8052G-4XGF-48GT and MISCOM8020G-4GF-16GT each, which are respectively used to connect to the local video system and industrial control system. Changqing Phase I water pump station and the Duoluokou water pump station Built-in MISCOM8052G-4XGF-48GT and MIEN6218 respectively, which are used to access local video system and industrial control system.

MAIWE Solution for Houhu Pumping Station:

The sub-center has built-in 1 unit of MISCOM8052G-4XGF-48GT and 1 unit of MISCOM8020G-4GF-16GT, which are respectively used to connect to the local video system and industrial control system. The sub-center consists of one to two subsidiary- sub-center and each one has built-in 1 unit of MISCOM8052G-4XGF-48GT and MIEN6218, used to connect to the local video system and industrial control system.MISCOM8052G-4XGF-48GT and MISCOM8020G-4GF-16GT in sub-center are connected by a network cable. By setting the routing strategy, set the MISCOM8020G-4GF-16GT- to the information center as the highest priority, MISCOM8052G-4XGF -48GT is the sub-priority level. When the 4M industrial control network fails, the SCADA data path is instantly switched to the 20M video network. When the 4M industrial control network is repaired, it will automatically switch back.

MAIWE Solution for Sewage Treatment Station:

1 unit of MISCOM8052G-4XGF-48GT is built in the sewage treatment department, and 5 units of MIEN6208 are placed in the area under its jurisdiction, which are respectively used for local access to video systems and industrial control systems.The video system is cascaded with the information center through a gigabit single-mode dual-fiber LC interface through a telecommunication 20M dedicated line, and the industrial control system is transmitted to the sewage treatment department through a telecommunication 4M dedicated line optical fiber.
